Downtown Beachside is very picturesque. You can bike to it, visit the Art Gallery or hang out at the Lemon Tree Cafe. Check out the little shops or the famous Waldo's by the Sea and Ocean Grill. Enjoy an afternoon walk along the boardwalk, or a night visit to the beach side where, in season, you might come across a sea turtle nesting her eggs (if you are really lucky!). Night vision pictures only please! Golfing is very popular here. A variety of Golf Courses are open to the public all year long!
| The Riverside Park is very close by. Join the locals at theRiverside Cafe where watching sunsets are a must. Rod fishing, scenic boat tours, canoeing and guided fishing tours are available. If you are into shopping, The Outlets at Vero Beach are famous, and a mere 10-minute drive from the hotel. The Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just a short ride. Orlando is about 90 miles from South Beach Place—many of our guests land in Orlando and spend a day or so visiting Sea World, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and all of the other attractions that the dynamic destination has to offer.
